Fee:  $75.00

The following fields from the registration form will be published:

• Institution name
• Institution address
• Office telephone
• Office email address
  
• Website address
  
• Tuition (in & out-of-state)
  
• Room & Board
• 5 facts (40 words maximum per fact)

Registrant's name, job title, phone extension, and email address will not be published and are for registration purposes only.
